Our buyers hand select all of our premium aged natural beef from America’s Heartland, Minneapolis, Minnesota since 1934. Every steak is individually vacuum sealed for guaranteed freshness. All of our products are steakhouse quality, and restaurant trimmed for portion control. This means your meals are a better value than what you will find in most grocery stores because they have less fat and more edible portions. All of our products are flash frozen. Most grocers receive their beef frozen, shipped in sides or whole, thawed, cut and repackaged to finally be placed out as “fresh meat”. Our products are sealed for freshness at our supplier’s packaging plant in Minnesota, and we receive 2 fresh shipments weekly. Our suppliers use only natural preservatives (salt, water, bromelin & ficin  – a natural tenderizer derived from figs and pineapple) to maintain a high standard product, and still offer consistent guaranteed freshness and tenderness.
